阿里巴巴现在正在和中国政府协商是否可以缓解这一局限。此消息传出后，阿里巴巴的股票在本周四上涨3%.
为啥要缓解?
阿里巴巴美国2015年上市后，市场总值已经翻多2倍。腾讯，百度和其它一些中国类似产业的股票也在平稳上涨。 中国也想缓解金融市场政策来吸引更多的境内投资。
中国金融市场在慢慢开放，本周MSCI (美国市场指数开研公司)启动了12个新交易指数 – 指数参考的中国中小型企业。
这是马云说的一段话，送给"反全球化" 和提倡"贸易战"的"总统们"：
